22 Minute Hard Corps is the answer for the question of time. These are 22 minute workouts that are quick, effective, and body sculpting. I have to admit though I was scared to join Tony Horton because way back in the past I tried P90X and I was NOT prepared. Coming from Piyo, it is still tough but I am SOO prepared! So far I am loving this program and can wait to report some of the amazing results that I know I’m going to have!!
