Isnt the weekend the wild card in most of our health and fitness journey? I mean we can crank along all week doing just fine and before you know it we find ourselves on a Friday afternoon throwing away a weeks worth of work!!!!
The things is, is that its ok to let your hair down a little on the weekends and having a Cheat Meal can be good for your body believe it or not. But, there are a few weekend rules to follow that will keep you focus, on track and now ravenous for things your have “lost”.
