Savory is the PERFECT way to describe this recipe! I am so excited to share this one with yall and my review!
This week is week 2 of Country Heat and not only am I enjoying the workouts, I’m also enjoying the Country Heat inspired recipes that come in the nutrition guide. Ps click HERE if you are interested in my week 1 Country Heat review.
When i sat down to make my meal plan for week 1 I flipped through the guide and picked out a couple of recipes that interested me and I decided to try out this Savory Turkey and Sweet Potato Hash out first! We had just gotten back from vacation the day before and I had NO desire to stand at the stove for forever cooking and this looked easy and quick. My hubby was less than enthusiastic and was basically gonna try it just so that he wouldn’t hurt my feeling while i was still exhausted from vacation! LOL! To quote him “hum I’m not sure how that’s gonna be with sweet potatoes in it…..”
So I pulled out my trusty cast iron skillet and went to town!
