Happy Friday everyone! I hope that you have had a great week and if not i hope that the weekend will make up for it! For anyone beginning their health and fitness journey it can be a tad overwhelming trying to figure out what to eat, how much to eat, and how to plan it all out. I know when I began my journey of eating clean I had NO IDEA what that meant! I didn’t know what to cook, how to cook it, or if my family would even eat it. I worried that this would take gobs more time to do and having two kids, working part time and having a husband out of the house for 24 or sometimes 48 hours, DID NOT A LOT ME ANY MORE TIME!!
I quickly realized that this was much easier than I thought that it would be! I began collecting recipes, creating new ones, and understanding the habits and routine that I could get into to make this process MUCH EASIER.
What I want to do is pass this information forward. I want share with as many people possible the things that I have learned and the yummy recipes what i have gotten along the way!! So feel FREE to share this post, my pins and the Facebook Event as much as possible!

July 11th – july 17th I will be hosting this group designed to spread information and education about clean eating. 🍎 We will meet in a closed facebook group and will discuss:

✔️What can and can’t you eat?
✔️How to meal prep?
✔️Recipes that are quick and family friendly!
✔️How to stay on track and still DO LIFE!
There will a Meal plan provided as well as a grocery list 📒
