We will post sweaty workout selfies. We will check in with each other. There will be discussions about how to adapt this new “get fit life” with our life as it is now. For example: How to introduce and encourage your kids with these new food and maybe even your husband. How to be prepared when your plans so south and you are left without prepares or thought out meals! We will share recipes and discuss other tips and tricks that will help you get on track and STAY THERE! We will support one another as each of us put one foot in front of the other to reach our goals!
