I LOVE LOVE LOVE how versatile Shakeology is. Not only can you have a great, nutritionally dense meal but it can taste like dessert! An sweet tooth craving that you are having can be killed with a little tweaking of you regular shake! Not to mention that as you are drinking this wonderful cheesecake goodness you are getting amazing amounts of vitamins and minerals!
Turtle Cheesecake Shakeology
8oz unsweetened almond milk
1tsp caramel extract
1.5 Tbsp cheesecake pudding sf/ff
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
top with pecans (optional)
