22 Minute Hard Corps Week 1

This week hasn’t been easy! Getting started with a new program has turned my metabolism upside down and I spent most of the week STARVING!! Although i didnt always make the worst choices, trying to add veggies and protein, i still got off track. Although my eating wasn’t perfect I still saw muscle change in my body. Choosing to pick a program that was the exact opposite of what I was doing before was an amazing decision!
